What is food manager certification?
Being certified as a CFPM means that you have passed an exam from an organization accredited by the ANSI-National Accreditation Board (ANAB) and Conference for Food Protection (CFP).Spoon River offers the National Servsafe Classes.
This certification is required in nearly every state for at least one person in charge per shift at a food establishment or any place that prepares and serves food, including schools and healthcare facilities. The one day Servsafe course is offer by I Food Manager .Course requires study quizzes prior to class.Testing with a 70% pass will ensure a Certified Food Protection Manager certificate valid for 5 years.
Completion of this course does not guarantee you will pass the exam. Students are advised to utilize any study materials provided before attending class.
