ClassGraphic Join Spoon River Junction Winery owner and winemaker Bradley Beam to decipher various wines based on their sensory components to understand why you like what you like!  Topics include sensory training on common red and white wine aromas, tastes in wine, the concept of structure, and common wine faults.  This will be a fun, snob-free, hands-on activity that delivers information in a straightforward way.  There will be plenty of wine tasting and smelling, so we ask students to avoid wearing perfume or cologne to the class.  Together, we’ll build a strong foundation for your wine journey!
