Part 1:
Name: A Brief History of Wine
Description: This class will cover the path of wine from its origins to the present, with a special emphasis on wine in America since prohibition.

Part 2:
Name: An Introduction to Wine Tasting and Culture
Description: This class will address the finer points of wine tasting and enjoyment, including glassware considerations, serving temperatures, wine labels, and a systematic guide to wine evaluation. Includes wine tasting and discussion.
